Kathy Kaiser has been passionate about Belleville, IL her whole life...

From the minute my family moved from Triple Lakes Rd to N. Douglas Ave in Belleville at the age of 6, this has been “My Home Town”! From Bunsen Elementary, Central Jr High, BTHS East and Lindenwood University grad, to Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, City of Belleville Communications and Public Relations Director, committee member and Marketing/PR communications expert for Belleville Oktoberfest, Art on the Square, Belleville Christkindlmarkt and Belleville Gingerbread Committee for many, many years, I have contributed lots of time and energy to making Belleville a place I can be proud of…Now, it’s time for me to represent the families, friends and neighbors that also call Ward 5 home!

I grew up on the same streets as you did, attended the same schools as you did, and attended the same churches as you did too…

And now I want to be a part of the mission to make Belleville a better place to raise our families. A better place to build a business, or to work so your family can thrive. A better place to enjoy yourself…in our parks, on our streets, and in our beautiful Downtown and surrounding historic areas. Belleville has so much going for it…but as you can see, not only in Ward 5, but all across our City, we need sidewalks for our kids to walk to school, we need our streets fixed, we need a town that is thriving in every direction, not just a pocket of progress here or there…and my plan is make what looks like it might just be impossible, possible!

Be sure to watch here for updated information on how we can, and will make Belleville Better in Ward 5
